List for admission after expiry of the aforesaid period before appropriate Bench. It shall not be treated as tied up or assigned before this Bench. 

Considering the facts and circumstances that has been brought on record, we direct the petitioners to deposit 25% of the amount sought to be recovered against them within three weeks from today and file proof of such deposit on or before the next date of listing. If the said amount is deposited, the balance amount shall not be recovered.
